A pedestrian embankment shall be opened in 2018. More than 48 % of ZILART’s territory shall be decorated with tees, bushes and flower beds. Moscow branch of the Hermitage museum shall be completed in 2020”.
“An advanced residential project provided with all the necessary social, utility and transport infrastructure is being constructed here”, Yelena Sierra, Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation, pointed out.
“The idea behind ZILART project is not just construction of new housing stock but the integration of former industrial territories in the city’s life, which makes ZILART so interesting. In our capital several similar projects are being implemented so the showcase of ZILART is useful for us. We are going to monitor the project’s development and wish our Moscow colleagues good luck with ZILART and other projects”, Abdelwahid Temmar said.
